My name is Janie Ponce and I have been a childcare provider for 16 years. I have been a grandmother and a mother for much longer.
Beary Good Child Care was first established in
1993 after many years of contemplating on starting my own business.
Beary Good Child Care is ready to move on to bigger and brighter
days with the technology of the internet.

Unfortunately my little bears are not little anymore, my five children have grown to be very successful in their own unique ways. As proud mother would, I have include them on this website.
My three boys and two girls have obtained a Bachelor's Degree from accredited universities: Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University at Kingsville and University of Texas at Pan American.
Daniel, my oldest, works for Valley Regional Hospital as the Director of Physician Relations, and is working on his MBA (emphasis on Health Care Administration)at Our Lady of the Lake. Jose (BA in History and English) is a high school teacher and coach. Armando (BA/Masters Sociology) works as Student Activities Director and teaches at STC. Maricela (BS in Biology and Math) is working on pursuing her masters in Rehabilitation Counseling. Lastly, my youngest, Nancy (BS Nutritional Sciences and Chemistry) has joined my staff at Beary Good Child Care.
Education as you can see has played a big role in the Ponce family, as a mother I fully understand the importance of a well-rounded environment for children. It is this ideaology, which drives Beary Good Child Care toward EXCELLENCE.

Mother Bear has been taking care of children for 16 years. Between my staff and I we have over 35 years of experience in childcare.
We attend numerous workshops and conferences in child development and other related topics yearly. Attending these seminars help me grow as a childcare provider and ensures that Beary Good Child Care is continuosly working to provide a quality service for the benefit of our children.
My highly skilled and trained staff with their considerable experience is also at your disposal to assure that only premium care and attention is made available to your child.
